RItual Collective Policies

New Color Appointment Policy-

Ritual Collective requires a $50 non-refundable deposit to book a color service for a new client. This $50 payment can be made via Venmo to your stylist or an invoice can be sent directly from your stylist to be paid online. Your $50 deposit will be deducted from your service total on the day of your appointment. Should you choose to not come to your appointment, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. Should you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited and a new $50 deposit will be required to book or reschedule your original appointment.

Cancellation Policy-

Your appointments are very important to Ritual Collective. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be responsible for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled, which must be paid prior to your appointment being eligible to reschedule. Same day cancellations will be responsible for 100% the cost of the service scheduled prior to your appointment being eligible to reschedule.

No Call/ No Show Policy-

If you do not contact your Ritual Collective stylist to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be responsible for 100% of the originally scheduled service prior to being eligible to reschedule.
